Expression of Interest Form (Only available for Health Care Practitioners)
This course is written by the founders of the AGP Clinical Academy and the architect of the Ambulatory Glucose Profile and focuses on the use of the AGP in a clinical practice. The course takes you through the basics of AGP reports, how to interpret them, and their uses in accessing clinical outcomes.
This program will familiarize you with Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP), the worldwide standard for continuous glucose representation, analysis and interpretation.
The course will provide you with a framework for applying the principles of evidence-based medicine to diabetes management. It features identification of behavioural and physiological factors contributing to causes of dysglycemia; and includes learning objectives, case review, and systematic analysis of AGP reports. Through case review, the course will familiarise you with practical applications of AGP to clinical care and patient education. The course is followed by a post-evaluation. Upon passing the evaluation, you will receive a certificate of completion from the AGP Clinical Academy, Portsmouth Hospitals, NHST, UK.
Abbott Diabetes Care has partnered with the AGP Academy, to provide an opportunity to Australian Health Care Practitioners to participate in the on-line course.
