The Australian Department of Health is in the process of evaluating the reimbursement (subsidy) of FreeStyle Libre for listing on the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).

Stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and people living with insulin-dependent diabetes, are invited by the Department of Health to provide comments regarding the NDSS listing of FreeStyle Libre.

Stakeholder comments will play an important role in the independent Advisory Committee’s deliberations. The Department of Health encourages dissemination of this Stakeholder Consultation to all individuals or parties that you may identify as having an interest.

Submit your comments to the Department of Health here.

The consultation process is now open and comments can be submitted until 17 July 2017.
