CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

The world is currently experiencing an unprecedented situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We know that this may be particularly challenging for people living with diabetes.

There is currently no impact on availability of our diabetes care products here in Australia.

  • For our customers accessing FreeStyle Libre sensors via the NDSS subsidy and ordering sensors from NDSS pharmacies – there is no impact on the availability of sensors in NDSS pharmacies.  You may order and collect your sensors as per normal.  To check if you are eligible for an NDSS subsidy please click here.

With ongoing travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines, here is how the FreeStyle Libre digital ecosystem supports you and your healthcare professional to connect remotely, securely, with free access through LibreView.

LIBREVIEW1

LibreView is a secure, cloud-based diabetes management system where you can grant 24/7 access of your glucose data to your healthcare professional, without you needing to travel for a face to face appointment. LibreView allows the healthcare professional to assess your data and provide you with the appropriate medical advice and care you need via a video/phone appointment (telehealth) where available.

FREESTYLE LIBRELINK2→ LIBREVIEW

If you already have the FreeStyle LibreLink app on your phone, your glucose data is automatically uploaded to LibreView and you may log into LibreView using the same details.  Please contact your healthcare professional on how to connect to their clinic/practice LibreView account.  To download FreeStyle LibreLink to your phone please click here.

FREESTYLE LIBRE READER → LIBREVIEW

If you use a FreeStyle Libre reader, you may register on LibreView and upload your reader data via the yellow cable you were provided.
