Request A FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader Upgrade:
For users who are unable to use the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you may be eligible* for a complimentary FreeStyle Libre 2 reader.
Firstly, we will need you to answer a few questions and have your FreeStyle Libre reader handy. You will be prompted to enter your existing FreeStyle Libre reader serial number and create a web shop account if you do not already have one.
Please note that delivery can take up to 14 working days.
