FreeStyle Libre 2 Subscribe and Save

1. This promotion is being conducted by Abbott Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN 95 000 180 389) of 299 Lane Cove Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (Abbott). This promotion commences on 6 January 2023 at 12:01am and ends on 31 January 2025 at 11:59pm (Promotion Period). By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
2. This promotion comprises the following offer (Offer). When a new subscription is placed by a customer for Freestyle Libre 2 sensors for the Subscribe and Save offer during the Promotion Period on Abbott’s FreeStyle Libre website at www.freestylelibre.com.au/subscription (Subscription), the customer will receive all sensors free of delivery charges, and every 6th order in a subscription cycle will be free of charge. 
3. This Offer is only available to Australian residents.
4. Free shipping is only available for orders being delivered to Australian addresses.
5. The 6th order in the subscription cycle will be free of all charges, including shipping, taxes and the standard product charge of two sensors. No further products may be added to this order. The value of a six-order subscription cycle is $1020.00 (10 sensors at $102.00 each, 2 sensors at zero cost, free shipping on all orders). The equivalent value of a non-subscription 6 order cycle is $1,274 (12 sensors at $102.00 each, plus average Australian shipping costs of $8.36 each for six orders). This represents an actual saving of 20%. Actual savings may be higher or lower depending on the shipping location. The minimum discount, calculated based on the minimum charged shipping fee, is 19%.  
6. The Offer is only available online. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Abbott promotion or offer. 
7. Customers who have purchased a Subscription will continue to realise the benefits of the Offer after the conclusion of the Promotion Period, until such a time as the customer cancels their subscription, or when the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor is no longer available, or Abbott exercises its right to modify the terms and conditions of the Offer.
8. The Offer, and the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors provided pursuant to an Offer, must not be re-sold, provided to any third party for reimbursement, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or other products.  
9. Abbott may, in its sole discretion, modify these terms and conditions, the Offer, or the contents of any Offer at any time and any such modification will take effect when posted to this website. 
10. These terms and conditions do not limit or exclude any statutory provisions or statutory consumer rights under applicable law (including those under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). 
11. Abbott does not guarantee that access to this website, the promotion or Offer will be uninterrupted or free from viruses, technical issues or malfunctions.  
12. If for any reason Abbott is not able to conduct with this promotion (or any part of it) as planned due to any circumstance beyond Abbott’s reasonable control, Abbott reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend or postpone the promotion (or any part of it). 
13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abbott excludes all liability in respect of any loss, expense, damage, or injury suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including (but not limited to) accessing the promotion or any Offer. 
14. By participating in this promotion, customer agrees that Abbott its affiliates and service providers may use customer’s personal information to conduct this promotion and its business and to contact customer regarding his/her account on the website and the order placed. Personal information is collected, used, stored and handled by Abbott in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at http://www.freestylelibre.com.au/privacy_policy.
