National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) may be able to offer funding for individuals requiring assistive technology such as a CGM device. This includes people living with Type 2 diabetes and who have a disability. Contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to find out further information. To find out if your plan is NDIS plan is agency-managed, please contact your registered provider.

Depending on your circumstances this may include assistance with access to FreeStyle Libre 2. Apply for Payment via Invoice
