  1. Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of the product, you cannot cancel the sale once the order has been accepted by Abbott. The only exception to this is for faulty sensors/reader(s).

In the unlikely event that either a sensor or the reader develops a fault prior to expiry (or within a period of two years for the reader, three years if you have taken out an extended warranty per the Terms of Sale) from the date of delivery (other than due to normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, use outside of indication or misuse) or is damaged while it is being delivered, Abbott will replace the sensor or reader. Please refer to the terms of warranty applicable for the sensor/reader.

  1. The product I received is damaged or wrong, can I return it?
